I know we needed the rain but as most places there has been long heavy rain and thunder storms of stair rod rain. Been in the garden to tidy up a bit this afternoon and I am absolutely gutted to see the damage that has been done. So much blossom has been beaten off my Phlox, Penstemons and Delphiniums not to mention runner bean flowers. Im feeling angry and sad and so downhearted. :cry3:

We had some amazing storms the other night but that’s the only rain we have had but it was so torrential and windy it buffeted and flatted so many flowers..
