Weed or not a weed? And what is it?

    Any ideas what this is please? It seems to spring up everywhere. First photo is a little swathe of them. Second & third photos are close-ups from some of them in a different part of the garden - not sure I've seen the flowers before this year and only a couple of the plants have them.
