    I'm tempted to say Tamarisk but not at this time of the year.
    Think its a bit late for flowering.

            @Fat Controller , it grows like the clappers, I'm betting those we cut back in early summer to be in flower this late.

                I thought that there are two species, @pete? One flowers in Spring, the other in summer? Pentandra syn. ramosissima is the later flowering one? Mine's flowering at the mo, at least the bits that the hornets haven't eaten :wallbanging:
