    [​IMG] Mr. Fiz likes to collect kettles(preferably copper)coal buckets,milk churns etc.Every time i look at them i think,how many pairs of shoes could i collect if i sold that lot?!We were raking around up in Cumbria a while back in one or two antique shops and a copper kettle was going for Ã?£70.I wonder,can you still buy Brasso........?

    yes you can and rather you than me, my mother you to have that much brass in her house I move out cos i was sick of cleaning it, but when I visit now i still clean it and she wonders why i only go once a year :D :D :D

    Fabrics...and more fabrics...I sew..or used to... and when ever I see a fabric Sale on I go...I have Liberty cottons going back to the 60s at 5/= shillings a yard.every drawer and cupboard space is packed with every sort of fabric you can think of including silks, presents from China one day I will made them up into fantastic garments ...until then I take them out look at them refold them and put them back ...Ah well wonder how how my daughters will dispose of them all on my demise..in the meantime...
