    Afternoon everyone, could someone tell me what this is please, my neighbour who is no longer with us gave it to me 4 or 5 years ago, i remember it was a bulb the poor thing has been dug up over and over(because I'd forgotten about it) chopped in half but has always popped up again, it would be nice to give it a place it can be happy after all the effort it's put in.
