What to sow in snow?

    4" of snow, ground frozen underneath, hmmmm, thank goodness for a greenhouse :D

    At least the dogs love the snow, the big hairies have spent most of the day running around in the garden, fortunately they can't get to the greenhouse and veg patch.

    Cabbages are doing really well as are my Bedfordshire Champion and Long Red Florence Onions, My Kelsaes are pitiful BUT I may just have 6 decent onionlets to "go for it"? I will be sowing more Kelsaes soon but at 6 weeks behind I'm not expecting any giants, who cares, they taste great whatever size :D

      Spring Kelsae onions would cause some comments in a salad:D
