What type of Apple?

    These apples are small a bit floury in texture I know they are eaters & when fully ripe the pink stains the apple. Any ideas?

    You could take some along to an Apple Identification session - which they usually have at Open Days on Apple Nurseries (there is even an Apple Day in the Autumn)
