      Egyptian Geese, now classed as a non native feral bird as they have come from wildfowl collections in the past and are now establishing themselves around the country.
      The white headed one is just a variation and not a sex differetiation.

                They were taken with my old Panasonic fz150 I didn't use the Nikon dslr as, even with a 300mm lens, it hasn't the same reach!

                  @strongylodon i've never really been in to using camera's...that's my hubbies liking, i mainly use my phone but the camera's you do use take smashing shots :dbgrtmb:

                    Blashford Lakes (near Ringwood, Hampshire) this morning in the cold and wind, very little to see on the lakes except half a dozen Sand Martins which have just arrived from Africa and were, I imagine, struggling to find any insects out on the water in the freezing cold, so we stayed around the woodland hide and this time had better views of the, soon to be departing, Bramblings.

                          Little Ringed Plover, unlike the resident Ringed Plover, this one has to over winter in Africa and has just recently arrived.
