The best part of Christmas Jiffy is Easter. Roll on the daffodils and crocus.

Today's problem sorted; the welding regulator which caused me so much frustration is now being replaced by a brand new regulator totally free of charge; well done to Parweld for brilliant service.

I'm now ready for the new problem tomorrow.

What's Easter the last time it was this Quite there was an Eclipse and it's now looks likes it's going to snow

 

It's slightly warmer 5c and a moderate breeze.
Maybe rain later.
I've got a young hedgehog in the garden, hope that he'll be alright.

 

Very Cold in Ramsgate, my daughter Maria and grandaughter Kat are flying to Orlando on Friday where the temps are 22c-27c........Oh and my boiler keeps turning its self off lucky I have a boiler service booked for Monday.

 

I'll see what the weather's like leading up to the day I go. If it's been rough then I'll take supplies with me.

For my friends here that aren't aware this has been a standing joke for some years. I lived on the Isle of Man for twenty four years and if the weather was bad for any considerable time the boats didn't sail - therefore no supplies. The first thing to disappear from the supermarket shelves were toilet rolls. Vegetables and fruit followed those in second place. A Hercules plane has also been known to fly in supplies in the past during longer spells of bad weather.

Sunny with blue skies at the moment but light rain has been predicted from 10am until 2pm and for some unsettling reason we have a weather warning in place for this....hmmm 'light ' rain?? ,I think they're not telling us the truth!! We'll have to wait and see. Very mild though with a high of 10C today.

After a week of cold temps (highs of 5c, lows of -2 - -4c) patterns like this on the windscreen one day...

...and ice on the INSIDE the next!...

We have had a relatively mild night, and today the temperature has risen to around 9c. Tomorrow should be relatively mild, before a week of rain arrives. (Not that I’m complaining - if we don’t have rain soon, I’ll have to top up the pond!)
