Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

Hazy sun all afternoon, currently 17c. Disappointing.

 

Well I've been putting my frost prone plants under cover for the last three weeks or more, its just been so cold that just any kind of clear sky overnight could have caused a frost.
It appears to be clearing here now a bit so its looking like it could be a frost here tonight.
Hardly got above 5c today and 4c and slowing dropping now.

 

We had the usual chilly start but once the sun was up it soon climbed to 15°C. The cold NE wind has disappeared, so it really felt warm in the sun this afternoon. Terrace thermometer was registering 19°C at 15h. Very, very dry now and the farmers are desperate for the rain forecast next week.

 

Cloudy all day with a light winds from the north, temp 5c feels like 3c

0c slight frost but hardly noticeable as it's so dry.

We had a pathetic 3mm rain early this morning and today's forecast is the same as yesterday.
