When to plant seeds

I have just bought some seeds and they recommend that they are sown under cover several weeks before the last frost,early Feb but the frost does not seem to be ending , so should I just sow them any way?

Remeber you wont be able to plant out your plants untill June and where I live I can still have frost then.

But hopefully Spring is around the corner.

But I to have just sown some of my seeds.

But wont sown anymore untill end of Feb now.
