    Hello Everyone,

I am doing up my garden from scratch and a lot of stuff is required.

I am looking to buy 60-70 plants of Laurels to create a hedge on the side of my garden. My local garden centre is selling for £29.99 each which are 120-150 cm tall. I have bought around 30 already (big garden) and need 60-70 more.

Is there any place where I can buy in bulk at a wholesale price ? I need to buy approx 1000 sqft turf and many trees and plants as well.

    Many thanks in advance.

@Funkar not necessarily wholesale price and it depends what size you want, but there are nurseries that sell plants for hedging either bareroot over winter or in pots and are used to dealing in volume.
for example Buy Bareroot Hedge Plants Online by Mail Order | Ashridge Nurseries or Buckingham Nurseries Online Catalogue - Hedging, Young Trees, Shrubs, Fruit Trees, Soft Fruit, Grasses, Ground Cover Plants, Climbers or Hedging Plants and Ground Cover Shrubs
Just as it used to say for Yellow Pages "let your fingers do the walking" these days it's google.
As for turf the same thing applies https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=wholesale+turf

With that amount I'd definitely recommend bare root over winter. If you buy now you'll pay top whack and be watering every other day!

@Funkar If you can hang on until the bare root season and accept plants 30 to 50 cm tall then 50+ are available @£2.66 each no doubt need to add VAT and delivery.
Or if you can't wait then the same size pot grown are £2.58 each.
Don't envy you pruning that lot with secateurs every spring though.
