I think somewhere in the deep, dark recesses of my mind that carrot tops can be used in salad? Or, am I having a senior moment? :noidea:

If they are, what about radish tops? Or any other foliage tops?

    TIA

All the root crops i.e. turnip, swede cole raabi, also pea shoots, broad beans.

Nettle tops (among others). Cheers, Tony.

Yes Tony is correct Mum I always pinch the broad bean tops out for a salad really delicious.. When I first started looking at it I found the recipe for Beetroot Carrot & Radish tops.. ;) Good in stir fry too..!
From the same place I found this recipe too
