Should he be outside?
He's lurking near the kitchen sink at the moment.

 

Looks vaguely weevil like.
Its the lesser spotted sink weevil.

 

Sink weevils are happier outside near the drain, I'm sure @pete

 

It's all academic, he's bggggged off anyway

 

Probably camera shy.

@Tidemark possibly, but my visitor didn't have red legs.
It looked like a weevily version of false widow spider ( we have several fws but if they stay on the outside of the window panes, we get along)
Maybe they've become friendly.
