My recently cleaned window sill had a collection of dessicated ladybirds etc. this morning. There was also a dead bumble bee in a web. Now it's gone. I don't want to meet the spider:sad:

I caught a big one doing breast stroke in my water butt this morning, moved her a long way from the house and sent her on her way, I hope they don't have homing instincts.

I think some are false widows but they're outside so we leave each other alone. I recently saw a couple having a heated discussion about a wrapped up lunch. By the time I returned, the lunch and the spiders were gone. I'm hoping, whatever they are, they'll do the decent thing and see to mosquitoes, gnats and vine weevils.
