Beautiful Woo. Can you walk from your home or do you have to drive. I know you live on a hill so is it just behind you? I love you sharing your walks. :imphrt:

Good morning @Victoria and @Giri my friends and thank you:smile:

@Victoria my dear friend its approximately 6 mile across country each way which I used to walk there from home but its a little to far now so I drive the car and park at the little church.then I go for my walk from there its about 1 and a half miles each way which is as you can see is all up hill strange as it may seem I find that walking uphill is far easier than walking back down must be a balance or just my perception

“Going uphill, you’re powering through gravity, while going downhill you’re controlling your momentum and utilizing more passive energy.”

"Study looks at benefits of uphill, downhill walking. People who are glucose-intolerant are at higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Downhill walking improved their glucose tolerance by 8.2 percent, compared with a 4.5 percent improvement with uphill walking."

                        Wonderful views @wiseowl.
A man living near here always walks up hills backwards. He says it is easier. I tried it and it's true , but not being able to see where you're going is a drawback.
Coming down backwards is not easier though

I´ll try that Michael, the pub is at the bottom of a steep hill, and when I´m making my way home, people often step on my fingers.
