    This morning I went on a walk that Charles Dickens used to do every day it went through this apple orchard ,a lovely walk:smile:

          I believe there was pub in Cobham that CD based some of his Pickwick Papers on.....not sure if it's still standing.:noidea:

            Good afternoon @Upsydaisy they sell a lovely pint in there Its Named "The Leather Bottle":smile: they still have his chair there where he sat most days,that's where we started our walk from just behind the church which is opposite the pub:smile:
