    So I checked at my local Wyevale on sunday - seeds 'only' at 50% off at the moment.
    I believe their 50p sale started on Aug 28th in 2018, and Aug 23rd in 2017.......

      Keep us posted Sam, my local is now Dobbies but there's a Wyevale in Ferndown.

      14 Miles to my nearest remaining Wyevale now, and in a direction I rarely travel.

      I stocked up with all the seeds I'll need for a few years when my local Wyevale changed to a Blue Diamond, and the new BD GC accepted Wyevale printable vouchers (we changed our mailings to emailed printable vouchers), so I just kept printing and printing until they stopped taking them.

      I thought of doing that but my conscience stopped me doing it.

        I have just got back from Wyevale (Hereford).

        Although the signs are still saying “half price” on the seeds section, the 50p seed sale has started!
        :yahoo::hapydancsmil::hapfeet:

        22 packs of seeds purchased, including 2 packs of wildflower seed mixes, worth £5.99.:yahoo:

            I was looking forward to this but for the past two years I've bought far more seeds than I could ever use from there and some I've no use or room for like savoy cabbage and sprouting broccoli and others(several packets of each). :thud:
            I've looked in my seed box and there is nothing I can improve on by way of varieties so sat on my hands this time.
            Not for me this year but for those of you with large gardens or allotments, :awesome: go for it.:cheers:

              I went to the Wyevale at Winnersh for the first time, their seed display racks are in a baking hot greenhouse section, I would not have taken them if they were free. They were cooked beyond use, all the packets were faded from being in the sun.

              I will get my seeds from Kings via the allotment scheme this year.
