XP software on Vista

    My Dads friend as an old Xp computer that as just broken.
    He his thinking of getting a new cheap one.
    He only uses it for photos and greetings cards etc , no internet.
    The software he uses is paintshop and a greetings card one .
    Could he use them on a vista. ?

    Hmmmm...he could probably get away with running Paintshop (what version?) but I've never heard of "greetings card one" do you have a web link? there is an option to run legacy software in vista but it's not allot of good :D

    Hi, I have Vista, and I use paintshop, so the answer is yes..

    He's got his new computer.
    All up and running.
    The paintshop was fine, the greetings cards wouldn't work.
    But he as got another one for £15 so thats O.k.
