YAWN YAWN WAKEY WAKEY PART 2....... 2019

Morning everyone.
Thanks @moyra, I'm fine really and have learnt to cope with my sore joints as I was diagnosed with O A way back when I was 23 yrs old. I stopped taking all meds about 10 yrs ago as I didn't like their side effects on the rest of my body. Just try my hardest to keep on the move.

I was sorry to hear that your knee is still a problem for you, it's been a while now. Take care and rest it as much as you can


Didn't do any gardening yesterday as the weather was ' on and off ' but did manage a nice walk around the lakes opposite our house while dodging the showers.


Off the see my sister and gorgeous great nephew later as it's her birthday today.

Good morning @moyra, hope this damp weather is not causing your joints to hurt too much.
So wish we could skip winter and look forward to a lovely brand new spring instead.

Lovely sunshine here right now and looking out it looks very inviting, but actually being outside is another matter.....brrrrrrrr!!!

Morning everyone..brrrrrr bit of a chilly one wasn't it , -2 here last night. Sunny here now but heavy rain is due later.

Busy but productive day yesterday in my Dad's garden.....despite the garden waste bins not being emptied!!

Going to get out in our garden now for the morning as there are now lots of frosted plants to either scrap or cut back.
Got to beat the rain so must rush!!!

Good morning all. @Upsydaisy how you do so much I don't know, it wears me out reading of it. Lol. Do take care though. You are the same @shiney, Your must be a lot older than me? and yet you do so much. I was worn out before I was an old teenager. Hard life and all that! When I come back it must be easier or I shan't come! I'll just sit on my cloud and dream.

Hi everyone, sorry I’m quiet this week, it’s been very busy at work and I’m still suffering with my back due to too much work load and not enough staff .

I want to do loads of jobs but my husband has put me under strict instructions to rest.

@moyra I do find in very hard going some days but I am not one who can sit still!!
I live by 2 mottos a Dr told me over 40 yrs ago when I was diagnosed with arthritis... ' If you ease..you'll cease ' and ' If you don't use it you'll loose it!'
I find his wise words very true as once I sit down in the evening my joints soon stiffen up!.
Well today we have been promised sunny spells and a light breeze...perfect...hopefully
