How do you get them to flower so young, I have a seedling in a pot about the same size but three years old, and no flowers.
BTW, my plant growing on the wall has started to sucker, I've got two coming up under the paving slabs.

I can really say why they flowered so early, I pinched them out in october and they have been in strong light and a min temperature 10/12c during the winter. They are in 6in pots and obviously need moving on.
They weren't meant to be in the wildlife section (not concentrating!).
I have also managed to get a seed pod on an Erythrina Crista Galli that a work mate gave me, Hope they ripen. [IMG]

I lost my crista-galli last winter, both of them.
As for the caesalpinia, so the secret is to keep them growing through the winter. ;)
Didn't notice they were in the wildlife section. [IMG]
