Your Favourite Fudge Flavour?

So after the recent success with my making fudge for the father in law for fathers day I now want to have a stab making some for my nanny.

However I'm having great difficulty coming up with a flavour that is a good all rounder. The obvious thing would be to make vanilla fudge but as I'm making it it makes sense to make something which you can't usually buy from the shops.

I've noticed recently stalls at fairs selling all different flavours of fudge and have bought a few but still don't really know what good flavours people like.

Rum and raisin. Vanilla on it's own is too sweet for me.

 

Not sure if it's a 'good all rounder' but the Roses are out just find a nice strong scented Rose and make a small batch...never tried it in fudge but I've just made some lovely Strawberry and Rose Petal Ice Cream,you only get a subtle Rose after taste but it is lovely

 

I'm a Rum and Raisin man too, but I quite like Butterscotch as well

 

I love the vanilla fudge pretty hard to beat . I tried coffee/espresso flavour a few years ago which really worked . Never come across it since.

My favourite fudge is my own recipe chocolate and peanut butter fudge Very easy to make if you would like the recipe.
