      I have grown them in pots in the past mine are in the ground now and just starting to re-appear after the awful snow and frosts.. Mine have big beautiful pure white blooms.. They are such a beautiful plant I think..

      I don’t have the type with speckled leaves though mine are just green like this..

        @Matt-tropical how hardy is that?
        Reason I ask is because I've found the ones with spotted leaves to be a bit more tender.

        Is this expected to be larger than "crowborough".

            I could be wrong,:biggrin: But I always associate those speckled leaf kinds with the yellow or red varieties which I think belong to a separate group, from the Z. aethiopica.
            More likely Z.rehmannii or Z. elliottiana.

              Not exactly annuals, but the ones I've tried dont flower very well the following year.
              They tend to like dryer conditions I think, and warmer over winter, but do survive, just, outdoors.

                This should get between 6-8 ft it’s known as the zantedeschia Hercules as well. It is tender so will need some love and care in the winter. The flowers are white and this can be grown in a pond, I’m really just growing it for the leaves in my tropical look garden:)
