The speed does vary IMO, but it is slower than usual but not so slow as to be a big problem, as I said earlier my phone is slower than the laptop, both running off the same wifi.I think its marginally better today.

Hi everyone Here’s a pic of a squash/gourd that someone gave me the seedling for last summer. The skin is very hard so peeling it is very difficult; not like a pumpkin or butternut squash. Could it be an inedible gourd? Any suggestions gratefully received! Thank you

MSNA very interesting Guardian article on AI. It is hopeful that the AI bubble will burst and then legislation etc can be put in to control harms. I'm not so sure. Super intelligent AI will be a force very difficult to control once out there.

I like the scent of the Sarcococca - not many flower scents I dislike. Some people do tend to lose their sense of smell ( and taste) as they get older.

Good idea. I only realised after I removed mine that it had been propping up the neighbour's fence, which promptly fell down.
