Very clever how on earth did you make the sweetie?

Forgotten about the key business! We also went for a non Yale type lock. I would suggest somewhere nearby inside, but out of sight, to hang the key so you arent tempted to leave it in the lock like we do. I was looking idly at the rain out of an upper floor window an hour ago when I saw two beautiful foxes cross the garden from right to left in single file. They seemed unhurried but businesslike - straight across the garden with no hesitation or diversions.

The borders and lawn are still wet here so I’ve done nothing today apart from removing the dried leaves of the Hakonechloa edging my steps. They had reached that messy stage of being blown around the garden and paving. I’ve left another border of them as they are still intact and protecting...
