    I had a 2.5 mile walk but returned seeing that the rain clouds were coming. It’s mild but heating still on because the gusty wind makes it feel cold.

    At the Allotments, appart from picking salad leaves from greenhouse, no 1 task now is wheeling manure, otherwise known as shifting *hit. Even though I've covered the heap it's very heavy and sticky a dozen barrowloads was enough for one session. Got home just before the rain came.
