Not if you have a fixed rate deal @ViewAhead and can opt in or out of the differential pricing offers. I can’t see any suppliers at the moment offering variable pricing every 20 minutes as you describe. I doubt that anyone would sign up for such a scheme if it was available.

I was looking idly at the rain out of an upper floor window an hour ago when I saw two beautiful foxes cross the garden from right to left in single file. They seemed unhurried but businesslike - straight across the garden with no hesitation or diversions.
