    I did wonder about a thorn in his paw @Liriodendron but he won't let me anywhere near it. I did manage to use the torch on my mobile to illuminate the pads when he was giving the paw a good...
    I did wonder about a thorn in his paw @Liriodendron but he won't let me anywhere near it. I did manage to use the torch on my mobile to illuminate the pads when he was giving the paw a good licking and I couldn't see anything but I will try again tomorrow.

    @RoseBush I'd agree with In my experience, badgers keep coming to the same area for quite a while, so even if it was warm, it would be worth waiting in case they messed things up again.
