I've just finished this Cath Kidston bag, the pattern and fabric comes in a book which I bought from a charity shop for £1. I've done it slightly different to the original pattern as I wanted a zip top but I'm still very pleased with it .

I put my mug of tea on the side table by my chair. I also keep my reading glasses and a mug with pens in on there. Yesterday, I put my pen in the mug of tea. The pen seems to have survived its dunking, couldn’t be bothered to make fresh tea so I drank it anyway.

Some things still flowering as of today

We’ve used Clover compost for years. Love it. By far the best that we’ve experienced and always notice some difference when we’ve been forced to buy other brands or makes. Just hope our ( not so ) local garden place is still stocking them this year. I’ll buy them as long as available.

Tomorrow I'm clearing the top fruit (pear) bed on allotment of dead foliage and weeds to help create space for the spring bulbs that are emerging. I have some Scilla and Tulip plants to add, as well as some Cyclamen coum.
