@Victoria 3000 hours of sunshine equates very roughly to 9 hours per day through the year. In the UK we're lucky to get that much per month during the winter months

@RoseBush I'd agree with In my experience, badgers keep coming to the same area for quite a while, so even if it was warm, it would be worth waiting in case they messed things up again.
