    Rain stayed off so had my walk but with the company of my sister’s dog today. Was a balmy 9 degrees driving home. Looks mild-ish next week and then a temperature drop next weekend.

    That's a shame @simone_in_wiltshire, although there is nothing to stop you from inserting two or more posts your side of the fence with either wood trellis or chicken wire strung between them....
