Not been a bad day, 10 degrees, but I haven't done anything outside, feeling a bit poorly after picking up a bug at the weekend, on e mend and aiming to go out tomorrow, rain forecast of course.

Not a clue, there is not much to go by atm!
Good guess Pete sort of similar but Day lilies don’t have white roots or offsets like these do. Hopefully the mystery will be solved in a month or so

If you want to kill any seeds that will germinate also, then Weedol Pathclear. Glyphosate will kill any GREEN growth, but has no effect on seeds.

When I grew flowers for my daughter's wedding I used 2m x 1m. I had clay soil and I mixed bought compost into it. It was in my vegetable garden and I had Love in a Mist for years afterwards!
