It may depend on how cold it got. Some may have gone dormant and will come back when the weather picks up. It's worth just leaving them until April but start off some new ones. Don't cut them...

@Michael Hewett the birds didn't eat the berries on my pyracantha this year either. So much so I have had to remove them as they were going bad.
