    @pete have you tried those companies who sell bulk bags? I saw one of those cubic metre bags outside a house near here, and the compost looked good. Got to be cheaper than buying 60l a time.

    Yesterday there was a lot of loud "honk honk" noise going on on top of the house. It went on for some time. Eventually the culprits flew off - two Canada geese. Never had them land on the roof...
