The majority of posts in your second photo look OK. I’d try to straighten up the loose/leaning ones, attach them to their neighbours in some way and use some garden paint on the whole row, perhaps black or dark grey rather than what looks like a previous cedar brown colour.

Thanks regarding the dog violets as well, I have loads of them in the back garden. They seem to really love it there in the shady places and also edges of the lawn

I remove the spray gun after every use and keep it inside. The hose itself is fastened on the sheltered back wall of the house.
