Big month here too. Just got the runner beans and courgettes started, and a tray of basil that'll probably take forever as usual. Trying a few different squash varieties this year so we'll see how...

11c currently, no sunshine and don't expect to get any. Wrapping of tree fern not needed. Night temperature of 4c should be fine. One day to go and then a long weekend.

I've only ever used it myself as a soil improvement. You can usually only get it in bulk, not really looked to see if you can get it in bags.
