I've grown both skirret and salsify, I got enough to for a meal or two, but didn't really bother again. Purple sprouting broccoli, hardy, can make a large plant and produces edible shoots at this time of year, these can be eaten raw in salad or briefly cooked.

It's a lot dryer and grainy than I was expecting tbh.
