@wiseowl if this is you wifi USB device that's not working, now are you posting? (or have you resorted to a cable connection to your router, and if so have you still got the driver disk that came with the USB device, probably a mini one?)

If you want to printscreen just the box/window you have open you can use Alt (bottom left of keyboard) in conjuction with PRTSCN.

Fortunatley was able to back up all documents prior to re-installing so not too much pain involved. Lesson learnt be careful what you download.
