Thought I'd cured it but now it's at it again. Silverlight adds some kind of interactivity to what you're viewing, I think and the Biometrics think is to do with fingerprint recognition.

Thanks Shell, that is indeed what seems to be happening. The first Email goes in the Trash, then nothing that arrives after that. Seems a daft system if that is the case.

Sometimes using a deliberate misspelling will throw up a load more results, mackeral (4,270,000 results) in lieu of mackerel (13,800,000 results) for example (you'd be amazed how many fishermen can't spell the names of the fish they catch - possibly over 4 million).

IG pro is definitely everything it is cracked up to be. The Website is good too. Sort of vested interest, in that some of the photographs in the Database came from yours truly.

The single upload option works fine if one is working with a few images all in order, but it is much much slower if one is trying to pick and choose images from a folder. Even on Dialup the Bulk uploader worked reasonably well, but the problem is more of it crashing which ever Browser I use to...

If your running windows xp, vista, 7 etc then it's probably a conflicting security update. Try a system restore on your pc, back to when it started to happen. This should remove the problem, is that is the cause. I've had system updates that will knock out parts of my hardware, usually...

The only restrictions on my contract are the usual gubbins about not downloading dodgy material. Apart from that there's just the 500MB month limit on how much I can have before they start charging pay as you go rates on top of my contract.
