    Modem glitch

    No effect/ What seems to be happening is that the Modem switches to Fax mode and only turns back to Dialup when removed and replaced.

    Took the Computer back and guess what? It started up perfectly for them, no asking for System Disc or Backup, zilch. None of the reasons they suggested for the crash were sensible nor accurate....
