i would recommend it going back under warranty.sounds like a dodgy player.Although i have come across it many a time, it could be a corrupt file in the registry, try a system restore to the point before it started happening, make sure you do a backup of your personal info first

I had that problem with one of my email accounts. I found the best solution was to delete the account within OE and then just set it up again - it then worked fine and seemed to be just one of those odd things that happen now and then.Hope that helps.Take carePaul
