Has anyone left an onion to flower?
Never done it, but often intended to: transplant the odd few left over / weedy leek plants at the end of the season into the ornamental part of the garden to clear the way for the next crop.

french beans started flowering early....
Hi Ooshmi, I'm in London too and my climbing french beans have started flowering too. Once the beans start producing be sure to pick often, this will encourage further flowering/beans.
