Storing Cabbages
Hi Liz, Not tried that yet, got to be worth a go, didn't like Broad Beans till my Sis did something similar to them, just planted a load out on the strength of that.

RHUBARB flowering
Mine was flowering too, so a friend of mine who is more experienced than me just pulled it out from the base, hasn't flowered since.

Pellets are the usual way, trouble is, the little black slugs that nibble the tubers are burrowing ones, don't think the pellets would help there. I grew some spuds under 6 inches of wood...

It's way too early to plant outside (assuming you are in the UK). It looks like cold damage. Put them back in their pots and bring them indoors for a couple of weeks at least. Tonight is forecast...
