I'd leave it as pete8 says ot is likely to be a new A Bliss. If it comes up thornless then keep it, thorns means a rogue bramble. A Bliss should be sending up new canes for this year's fruiting...

Laburnum near veg patch
I wouldn't worry about it either, just don't eat the laburnum seeds. I would try and pick up as many seeds as possible, but that's to prevent a forest of seedlings, not because of the toxicity.
