Evening Rab,the easiest thing is to start digging as the crops are harvested.That way you`re not left with a huge job during the Autumn/Winter. David.

What's the maximum eating length d'you reckon then? I suspect I pick mine a bit soon which means a lower yield and more preparation I guess! They are delicious though.
