French Beans - Pruning the Leaves?
Hi Jazzy, I wouldn't take any leaves off your beans as they produce the energy/food the plant needs....you can take off tatty leaves that are going brown on the bottom of Tomato plants.

Isn't it a great feeling @cindy when you pick your home grown goodies...they taste so much better than shop bought..I still do the dancy thing even though I've been growing them for years.

@cindy Check the recent thread starting with "Any Strawberry Experts...". And yeah, supermarket ones will give you no idea, all pretty much bland things, don't waste your money on them.

Try the variety Winston next year @john558 it is the best tasting early spud I have ever grown. It doesn't suffer with the skins coming off nor break up like the more floury types.
