    As far as I know lettuce doesn't germinate if the temperatures are too high.So you should be OK with the weather as it is at the moment.:biggrin: Just watch out for slugs.

    The difference 5 months make.....

    Lifted the first "Boiling" of the 2nd earlies. These are the variety Shetland Black and as you can see the colour goes through the tuber. They are literally boiling as I type so will update later...

    I would remove as much of the old compost that you can without damaging the roots. Loosen the roots gently as well at the base and sides. Good luck and gong forget to water. :thumbsup:
