Problems with Courgettes
For the last few years I've switched to the variety 'Parthenon' which doesn't need pollinating - even so it's still a bit early in Surrey for courgettes to go outside and thrive.

Flowers on my Rhubarb
I'd be inclined to split the clump up next winter. Flowering is fairly normal, but not desirable.

Mine too, not entirely sure where to grow it I think it needs lots of space. Have you grown it before Zigs and if so how did you treat it?

tomato cuttings
They are Irishman's cuttings @Scrungee
Just, normal stem cuttings work. But I wouldn't recommend it as a way of growing spuds. You normally only get one spud per plant.

Organic Pesticide
Use a very dilute soap solution and spray twice a day (but not in fun sun) - you need either horticultural soap (expensive) or a cheap household supermarket pure one with no additives (I use Lenor)

Courgette/Marrow will be stronger bigger and squat, cucumber and melon are more straggly and will try and climb - leave them long enough and they develop clinging tendrils.
