Average Temp For Greenhouse
These are outdoor bedding plants, so its best to keep an even cool temp and avoid fluctuations. During the day I'd aim to keep it below 20 dec C and not let it get below 10 deg at night.

Pepper seedlings - is mini greenhouse too cold for them?
My peppers have taken up residence in the bathroom until the nights get warmer and all threat of frost has gone, far too cold at the moment to go outside!

New Greenhouse
£100 doesnt sound that bad considering you gain more height and possibly get a taller door too. Mine would be around 6ft 8" if it had an eave.

Greenhouses and Cats
If your greenhouse glass panes can weather a tree small tree limb from falling on it, or a good storm, they will most likely survive a cat.

I wouldn`t want to be their window cleaner
