Yep Linseed, hauled loads of it, the seeds run like water and if your trailar is wet the seed stick like glue

Hi Gogs, " Glowing Embers " has deeper Orange flowers.

Cistus sp. Possibly Cistus x aquilarii maculatus...or similar.

Thank you so much for your replies! I'll keep an eye on the tree. So far the leaves look okay. We've had more leaf fall than usual, but we've also had some really high winds so that could be the cause.Harmony is there anything I can do to help the tree in the meantime?

I find horsetails fasctinating. Like you said, they're one of the oldest weeds on the planet. Can't find my weed bible but from memory, they have remained largely unchanged for something like 400 million years. They have such an effective and persistent root system that they don't need to...

Looks like a Veronica sp. to me.....note the 2 stamens typical of Veronica.Maybe a dwarf one such as Veronica Christy.
